You can discontinue using the Connector at any time by stopping usage and notifying Amitech Group in writing—no long-term commitment is required.
Your use of the Connector is subject to the applicable subscription fees outlined in your order form. There are no hidden charges beyond what is specified.
Our default subscription model is monthly payments. However, we may offer custom payment arrangements—please contact us to discuss your options.
We offer monthly invoicing as our primary payment method.
All fees are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to using the Connector.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.

Your license to use the Connector will be revoked immediately upon cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
We will retain your logs (including synchronization name, job ID, success rows, error rows, start time, and actions) for three months after cancellation.
